Happy Thanksgiving, Parenthackers! I hope your day is full of good food, good people and good fun.

It's a good day to think about silver linings, too. I've been called a "relentless optimist," which at the time, wasn't exactly a compliment. But I stand by my stubborn search for the bright side, which will give you some context for my new post at The Accidental Expert:
