Yesterday's post on kid-friendly vegetable recipes made me realize my kids are less finicky than they used to be. But the change was so gradual I failed to notice.

Frustrating as it is, lots of growth and development happens that way. How does one know when a parenting problem is best solved with immediate action or by waiting it out?

I'm finding the long view comes in handy more often than I would have expected.
