"Glue" burritos closed with guacamole

Guacamole glue: Step 1

Guac-glue-2

Elizabeth hacks the homemade burrito!

One of our go-to dinners is burritos, but it's hard for little kids to eat an adult-sized tortilla full of stuff without a messy explosion. Our kid largely doesn't mind eating his with a fork or scooping up the filling with tortilla chips, but I found a way to "glue" the burrito together using guacamole. This makes it much easier for him to pick up (really, it makes it easier for me to pick up, too!) and everyone loves guacamole!

Your comments

I love me some guacamole, but if your guac can double as glue... I'm not sure I want that on my burrito. Just saying.

I usually use refried beans. ;)

don't hate.
