Let's Panic winners!

Amazon: Let's Panic About Babies! 161 people entered the Let's Panic About Babies! giveaway, and there were almost as many parenting books mentioned, both good and bad. Surprisingly, most people find the right parenting books helpful. The trick, of course, is figuring out which book is "right." Which you won't know till you've read it and tried a few of its strategies! Ironic!

I have much more to say on this topic (surprise), and will be rounding up my findings in a future post. But I didn't want to keep you waiting to find out who won. So!

The three book winners are Meadow, Rebecca, and Kate (the Kate whose favorite book is Blessing of a Skinned Knee, reviewed here a while back). The extra-lucky, obviously-superior-to-the-rest-of-us winner of the gift basket is Brigid Keely! Congratulations! Each of you has an email from me in your inbox with instructions for what to do next.

For everyone else, as I'm sure Alice and Eden would say: the "right" book is obviously Let's Panic About Babies! If you love your children as much as you say you do, you'll buy it. For their sakes.

Thank you for pointing out my OBVIOUS SUPERIORITY over the other MERE MORTALS who entered, BWA HA HA!

Furreals, thanks for hosting this. I look forward to receiving and reviewing the book and enjoying everything in the basket. :)

You're welcome, Brigid. It was fun all around...reading and reviewing the book (especially given that the authors are Good Peoples), reading the comments, and getting to give such cool stuff away.

Sigh. I love this "job."

I love you, Asha!
