BlogHer meetup/Parent Hacks coffee date this Saturday

As many of you know, the (sold out!) BlogHer conference is coming up in July. This will be my third BlogHer, and I can't wait for the infusion of inspiration and camaraderie.

If you've never attended the conference before, the experience can be exhilarating...and overwhelming. Sort of like walking into a big, lively party when you don't know a soul.

Well, not this year! BlogHer has initiated pre-conference meetups all around the country. Portland's meetup -- hosted by the lovely Katherine Gray of Dirt to Dish (also @ThisKat and @dirttodish on Twitter, and my BlogHer roomie) -- is this Saturday at Sydney's Cafe in Northwest Portland. Coffee and cookies are on me!

If you're going to BlogHer, or even if you're not and you just want to meet other Portland bloggers, come on down. Heck -- if you're a Parenthacker and you feel like hanging out for coffee, come! There's no agenda -- just a couple hours to relax and chat. Sydney's is kid-friendly, so don't let lack of child care keep you away. Please RSVP on Upcoming so we can figure out the vittles. Oh man! that sounds fun... I doubt they have on in NW Arkansas... because well, we suck!
