Well, I forgot about St. Patrick's Day, and now I'm lamenting that I sent the kids to school wearing not a speck of green. Wish me luck...it may be a long afternoon.
Anyway, I haven't always forgotten about it -- here's a hack about using St. Patrick's Day day as a great opportunity to serve green food (including Jill's recipe for green eggs and ham).
