MomSpeak: Putting yourself back on your to-do list

The MomSpeak

I just had one of those synchronicity moments. I've been working hard since the New Year to make time for myself and decided it would be the ideal topic for my final post on the Luvs MomSpeak site. Then, I got my weekly tap from the Momversation folks -- this week's conversation topic is "finding time for yourself." Ah, yes, the world is telling me something.

Join me! Starting now, you're putting yourself back on your to-do list. You may think your schedule has no wiggle room, but I'm here to tell you it does (read about the miraculous appearance of time every day to walk my dog).

Hop on over and have a read. Then turn off the computer and go do something for yourself.
