Label umbrella with white-out paint
Nicole's rainy day tip:
I've got a hack for keeping track of your umbrella. I used white-out to paint the first letter of our last name on the end of the handle as big as possible, and then used a pen to write out the full last name on top of the white-out letter. Now I can spot it in the midst of many umbrellas and other people aren't likely to take mine. This could probably be used for sports gear, strollers and lots of other things too.
But do you have a hack that keeps one from forgetting the umbrella everywhere one goes?

Good tip! No hacks from me unfortunately. I've left my umbrellas everywhere. That's why I only invest in $5 street beauties.

Paint pens work well, too. They don't goop up like white-out often does.
