Amazon deal: Sci-Fi and Disney Princess DVDs on sale

In: 1-3 Years, 3-5 Years, 6+ Years, Amazon Deals

Amazon has put a bunch of DVDs on sale. One group is close to my heart. The other is close to my daughter's.

Amazon's calling its sci-fi blowout the Cosmetopia DVD Sale, and you'll find over 400 titles included. This isn't just the blockbuster stuff (although there's plenty) -- you'll also find old-school (The Hideous Sun Demon), anime and manga (Bubblegum Crisis), and plenty more. This is the perfect opportunity to introduce your kids to The Jetsons.

Next up, Disney Princesses, up to half-off. Oh yeah, they're all represented -- Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White and their modern counterparts, Belle, Ariel, Jasmine, Mulan, and Pocahontas. As much as I'm sick of the unavoidable Disney Princess merchandise machine, I do enjoy the original movies. Some wonderful songwriting and animation there.
