Amazon's having a great Kids and Family DVD sale...and not just the duds that you wouldn't consider buying! I found several favorites in the mix: Mrs. Doubtfire (PG-13 with some mature themes, but SO funny and a great conversation starter for families with older kids), Ice Age, The Man from Snowy River (oh how I loved that movie when I was a romantic tween).

I don't know how much of a "sale" this really is. We purchased the Man From Snowy River--also one of my favorite early teen romance movies--at Christmas and it was $9.00 then, too.

SW: And I thought I was the only one who fawned over that movie! I don't know another soul who has seen it. I'm sure "The Man From Snowy River" isn't the biggest seller on the list, so they probably put it on "sale" every chance they get.
