Parent Hacks admin: PH in WSJ

I got exciting news Thursday -- several friends emailed me to let me know Parent Hacks was mentioned in the Wall Street Journal. Wha? Turns out they did a big profile of Heather Armstrong (Dooce), and PH got listed in the little sidebar as a "top motherhood blog." I just happened to find myself perusing a copy of the WSJ at the grocery store later in the afternoon, and sure enough, there it was, front page of the Personal Journal section. Dang.

Parenthackers -- you are the superheroes of the blogging community. Thank you so much for making this site what it is.

Michelle of Scribbit, Melissa of Suburban Bliss (both contributors of excellent hacks over the years) and several more great sites were also mentioned. Congrats all!

So it was in the offline journal as well? I wondered about that--I'm afraid we don't get the WSJ. Now I'll have to figure out how to get a copy of that issue :)

That's pretty cool! I've been lurking at this blog for awhile (with my mom giving me funny looks behind my back at doing such a thing XD) and have enjoyed it quite a bit, so congrats =] It sounds like such a wonderful accomplishment.

Catching up on reading and found you because of the WSJ! Lemme know if you need the copy and I can mail/email it to you..

Can't wait to back track and read more...

Awesome Asha! Congratulations!

Congrats to all! We Hacker Parents Rule.

Congrats! Nice work - the recognition must feel great.

Congratulations, Asha! You totally deserve it!

Awesome! And not surprising, PH is a great thing! So many of us love this place and tell our friends to visit, too!

Congrats! I saw you in the WSJ article and bookmarked your site as a result.
