I second wejustgotback.com as a good place to pick out your next family vacation. They have plenty of reviews and several places that your travel agent probably doesn't even know about. I especially would recommend looking at the Franklin D resort in Jamaica. You are assigned a sitter when you check in, they are there on demand to take over for your or just to help take some of the load off. They are available in the evenings too for an extra fee. This way you can get some grown-up time as well as family time.
