Thank you. That website is a great resource. I just watched the podcast on embracing failure. Some great information that reinforces some of the things we have been trying to do with our daughters.

Good food for thought (she says while eating lunch). That looks like a really interesting site that I want to bookmark for when later.
The part about praise was interesting and I've been mulling over a related post for some time. I have two academically talented children and we try to drill into them that hard work will get them farther in life than their inborn smarts. It's a hard sell, though.
