Yes! A great idea (not that I'd necessarily spend the money on this.) I hate that everyone under a certain age is basically out of luck when it comes to reaching sinks (especially those in public bathrooms).

LOVE the commandments! Printed it out, got signatures, pinned it above the computer! It is never too early (my kiddos are 5 & 6). If they can double click, sit them down with the commandments! THANKS!

I like the commandments.
They seem a bit one-sided though - what's in it for the kids? May be a bit more effective if the agreement include more of a commitment from the parents - eg to be available to assist with computer problem, to not be judgemental about the child's online activities (as long as they are within the guidelines), to be available so the child can show them when they find something interesting, fun etc online. Otherwise it looks a bit like a list of "you will do as i say".
