I saw a fun idea I thought kids might enjoy for a birthday. The party "hats" consisted of five sparkly pipe cleaners per person. They could be made into any form of hat, crown, glasses, necklace, etc. that each person could think of making. I loved the individual aspect of it and thought it seemed like a good party activity.

I make pipe cleaner crowns for all my birthday boys and girls in my preschool class. They're much cuter than the paper ones and much cheaper, too!
