A bear travels to Iraq...

Sometimes Technorati reveals gold. I just found this post at Spectacles in which the author shares a picture of her handmade bear in the hands of an Iraqi girl (Edmay kindly sent her the picture). Gorgeous. Thank you so much -- for making that sweet bear and sending it, and for sharing the photo.

This is the perfect time to remind you that Edmay is still distributing toys to Iraqi children. No doubt a few playrooms need clearing before the holiday haul...consider sharing some of your extras. Kate just posted some new info about saving money on postage to Edmay's APO address.
