So, after benefiting so much from the collective parenting wisdom that is Parent Hacks, I'm so excited to finally have something to contribute! I mean, I came up with this, and it didn't hackfire! It's working! (Now that I'm sending it your way, I'm sure the magic will be gone. Especially with a couple of three-hour car trips in the works. But that's beside the point).

I hate to submarine this one but they recommend not using these in car windows as they will melt in 100 degree heat.

Thanks for the heads up on that problem, HDC. While temps over 100 aren't generally a problem in my area (Seattle), especially this time of year, I'll add this information to the entry on my site. Thanks again!
