I love when people notice others' hacks while out and about, and think to send them here. This, from Woody:
Saw this the other day: a guy driving his kid around in a car, a regular sedan, with a blue balloon tied to the front grille. Perfect -- a make-believe birthday limousine for your kid. As in, "When I tie this balloon on the front, this car becomes your birthday limo, and I'll drive you wherever you want to go." Cheaper than renting one!

Are you sure he wasn't keeping the baloon on there to preven losing the car in the parking lot?
