InfantExchange.com: eBay alternative for baby stuff

InfantExchange.com is a new eBay-type auction and classified ad site specifically for baby and kid gear. Buy, sell or swap, if you're so inclined! Listings are free with for-fee "upgrades," but founder Marlon Montgomery got in touch to let me know that they're waiving fees till the end of the year. If you'd like to give it a try, during the registration, use the promotional code whatadeal.

The Alabama House of Representatives passed HB 287 , sponsored by Rep. Jeff McLaughlin, which would establish minimum standards for rental properties and detail the legal rights of both landlords and tenants. The legislation is a compromise approved by both Alabama Arise and the Alabama Realtors Association.
