Compressed air de-barfs electronics

How's that for a post title?

This super-practical tip comes from Alec, the "geeky dad behind Rookie Moms":

Recently our baby had the 24-hour stomach flu which culminated in him vomiting all over his activity table. The table is electronic and plays music so we couldn't exactly throw it in the shower to hose off the barf. The solution? A can of compressed air, usually used to clean delicate computer parts. The compressed air does an amazing job at dislodging just about anything wet or dry. Just be careful where that barf ends up… the lesson I learned is that sick baby barf is more contagious than a sick baby. Don't worry – all three of us (baby, me, and the activity table) are all back to normal.

    Good idea.

Note to Alec: As a LeapFrog employee, I’m a little hurt that the “activity table” didn’t get mentioned by name since it’s in Asha’s list of favorite things!

Alec, Alec, Alec. Surely you could have seen that one coming? (Whitney’s one of the Rookie Moms.)
