Ariel Gore, creator of Hip Mama: The Parenting Zine among other things, has written her first novel (plus!): The Traveling Death and Resurrection Show. Already, the reviews are glowing, the buzz is gathering, and Booksense has chosen the book for its May pick. I've read the book, and I can tell you that Ariel's fiction is as captivating as her nonfiction.
