Gethuman.com constantly updates a cheat sheet that tells you how to escape those damn automated menu systems you get when you want customer service. In plain language, you can find out "steps to find a human". It's absolutely awesome.

You should try www.nophonetrees.com. This is a website I am working on. It's similar to GetHuman, but we call users when operator from selected company waits for them on the line ;)
