Get thee to a MotherTalk

Have you heard about MotherTalk? Sponsored by Literary Mama, these "salons" usually feature an author or two leading a conversation about motherhood, literature, life, society, and anything else that comes up. These gatherings are magical, especially after a couple glasses of wine. I attended my first MotherTalk in April 2005, and later hosted one at my house. Both events left me buzzing with energy and a feeling of connection.

MotherTalks are happening all over the country. Check the MotherTalk blog to find one near you. Or, host one of your own -- email mothertalk@gmail.com to find out how.
