boingboing.net long ago blogged about freeware/donationware at donationcoder.com that would do the same thing using your printer and business cards.
I made some flipbooks of family video as stocking stuffers and they were HUGE hits. My two and a half year old LOVES his.
Apparently, this blog commenting software will not let me put in the long url from donationcoder.com, but I converted it to a tinyurl that will take you straight there: http://tinyurl.com/b2uqx
