Connor LOVES this - my co-workers have not seen the light of the Mac yet and were wondering if there's something similar for Windows?

Yes, there is a windows program that I use called Toddler Keys. The homepage for it is here: http://tk.ms11.net/
It works exactly how that Alphababy program is described.
