Thanks for this link, I wanted to make some vegan hot chocolate for my daughter. With this recipe, and my powdered soymilk, I can!

I know this recipe. It's a little tricky not to make it lumpy, though. I prefer mixing the cocoa with syrup rather than sugar, and then adding hot milk. Much more fool-proof. Maple syrup actually works really well.
