De-sanding with baby powder

Jay offers this:

Sand gets into everything and sticks everywhere [Annakin Skywalker suffered with this very problem in Attack of the Clones. -- Ed.]. What you may not know is that it can be removed with a sprinkling of baby powder. Just rub some on the sand-covered area; the skin is instantly dried and the sand will just fall away. Not recommended for getting sand off of food though.

Rockout! Living in a sleepy beachtown with two little guys, we get a lot of sand around here.

If only I'd known this helpful tip when I was a kid! I remember many a day being coated in sand, and my poor mom trying to get it all off of us before we went inside the house.

Baby powder can also be used as an aid to remove cut hair from bare skin/face.

Nice Star Wars reference: "Sand is rough. Not like you...you're soft”

If only he had used baby powder!

Is that how easy? Just a baby powder? If that so, I can't believe it, Can you you show me of your video when you do this?
